Many popular movies share and rely on recurring themes and archetypes in order to tell a good story. One of these archetypes is The Hero’s Journey. A journey in which the main character adventures and faces certain challenges and obstacles that ultimately transform them into a better version of themselves; this journey is also called a character arc.
